All models include high-definition audio, unprecedented plug-and-play deployment, and advanced built-in applications that include voicemail, call log, contacts, phone status, user presence, parking, and more.

These phones are also designed to provide flexibility for use with any business phone system and also offer auto-provisioning with all of Sangoma’s UC platforms.

Built-in EHS support for Sangoma H10 and H20 wireless headset compatibility, secure deployments with SRTP/TLS and VLAN support, and optional Gigabit Ethernet further enhance the value of Sangoma’s IP-Phones.

Visual Voicemail

See who left you voicemails, along with timestamps and full control to skip and delete.

Queues

See all parked calls on the system in a visual display and pick up the one you want!

Call Log

In addition to standard call logs, the Call Log app allows you to see the last 50 calls made on the system, persistent across reboots!

Status (Presence)

See and change your status and control how calls are handled based on the status. Status options, such as “Away” or “Away – At Lunch” are controlled by the Presence State Module in your phone system GUI.

Contacts

Search for contacts/users or groups, created by the Contact Manager module, to call users easily.

Recording

On-demand recording allows the user to start and stop recording at any time by using a phone button.

Hot Desking (Login/Logout)

Conference

See all your conference rooms and view the callers in each. You have full control to admit or deny access, mute callers, or remove callers from a conference room.

Zero-Touch Auto-Provisioning

P-Series phones automatically provision using Sangoma’s redirection cloud server, which authenticates P-Series phones and redirects them to the PBXact/FreePBX phone system.

Programmable Buttons

Customise your phone with the applications you need where you want them. This allows users to improve efficiency and, ultimately, their productivity.

POE (Power Over Ethernet)

Power P-Series phones directly from the Internet cable connection, rather than trying to search for a wall socket for power. This allows you the freedom to place your phones wherever you want.

Advanced Phone Applications

P-Series phones feature PhoneApps, which are on-board applications controlled on the phone display without the need to dial in feature codes.

Secure

Each P-Series phone is factory imaged with a unique serial key. This prevents hackers from contacting the redirection server, pretending to be an P-Series phone, and trying to register with the MAC address.

Sidecar

For realtors, secretaries, and receptionists, the PM200 sidecar adds extra BLF (Busy Lamp Field) buttons to P-Series IP phones for extra functionality

Encryption

P-Series phones support TLS/SRTP encryption, so hackers cannot try and intercept the call path or listen in to the call.

Built-In VPN

Connect to the corporate phone system from remote locations securely with built-in VPN.
