Providing you a Competitive Edge
Sangoma is committed to enabling your success and providing you a competitive edge as a valued partner. The Sangoma Channel Certification Program provides you with the product training to be successful. To participate at the Gold or Silver partner levels, your company must be certified in at least one Sangoma solution specialty: Switchvox or PBXact.
Switchvox Certification Specialty
This provides Sangoma partners with the knowledge to design, implement and support telephony solutions based on the Digium Switchvox award winning Unified Communications solution. Channel partners who certify under this specialty will receive recognition as a Certified Switchvox Partner. Organisations who wish to be recognised as Certified Switchvox Partners must execute a Sangoma Silver or Gold Channel Partner agreement and certify two individuals in their organisation as Certified Switchvox Sales Professionals (dCSP), one individual in their organisation as a Certified Switchvox Sales Engineer (dCSE), and one individual in their organisation as a Digium Switchvox Support Engineer (dSSE).
Switchvox Specialisation Requirements
- 90 days to complete certification process
- Certification renewal every 2 years
- Submission of two customer references
- Two dCSP-certified employees, one dCSE-certified employee, and one dSSE-certified employee
Instructor-Led Fast Start Course for Switchvox
If you are a Sangoma partner, log into the partner portal to access additional training on how to sell, configure, and maintain Switchvox systems. We offer instructor-led Switchvox training for our authorised partners.
Requirements for PBXact Specialisation
Organisations who wish to be recognised as Certified PBXact Partners are encouraged to apply. The requirements include:
- Order a Reseller Starter Kit
- Certification renewal every 2 years
- One employee successful completes one of the following trainings:
- PBXact Getting Started Professional
- PBXact Getting Started Administrator
